The below terms govern the sale and supply of goods by Shenzhen TopMax Technology Co., Ltd. TopMax may amend these from time to time. In the event that changes are made, notification will be made on our website.                                                     

Pricing

The pricing and availability of goods are specified on the TopMax site. This information is subject to change without notice. There will be an additional charge for delivery which will vary according to the shipping method you request, the weight and volume of the goods ordered and your geographical location. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that TopMax needs to vary the price due to supplier price changes, tax changes or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order TopMax will send you a notification by e-mail and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if TopMax has not done so itself.

Shipment 

TopMax will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address specified. Any delivery times quoted on the TopMax site are estimated only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. TopMax may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for the first delivery only unless you specifically request separate shipments for items which we would otherwise ship together. If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason following acceptance, a full refund will be issued back onto your card and any contract between TopMax as the supplier and you as the buyer will be null and void. TopMax reserve the right to refuse delivery to an address in cases where there is cause to doubt successful shipment of the order. Payment

For payments made by T/T in advance, the invoice amount is debited upon receipt of your order. Invoices are issued on the day goods are dispatched. Advance payment may be required in certain cases, including but not limited to, goods obtained to special order or new accounts pending credit applications. 
 
RMA

Should you require to send goods back to us, TopMax will issue suitable replacements and providing the criteria set out in our return policy have been adhered to. Any goods returned without prior consent will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, with the possible exception of cases involving faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. TopMax recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages that occur to items in transit.
